PRP Injection Treatments

Childbirth can play havoc on the sensitive tissues and muscles in the vaginal area, making intercourse and orgasms difficult. The Vagina Shot is a non-surgical procedure that eases clients suffering from low libido, vaginal dryness, and urinary incontinence by injecting the client's plasma into the vagina and around the clitoris. 

Your DS practitioner will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. A topical anesthetic may be applied to ease any concerns over discomfort; however, many women report only minimal pain, similar to a slight pinch or warm sensation. Once complete, you may experience a sense of fullness, but you can go about your day and resume sexual activity within hours.

Within a few days after the Vagina Shot treatment, women report increased sensitivity and sensation in the area, with results continuing to improve over time. 

The number of Vagina Shots needed will vary depending on the client's age, health, and the effectiveness of the initial treatment. However, at the first visit, you can expect one Vagina Shot injection to the clitoral area and one in the upper vaginal wall. 

Then, after roughly eight weeks, you can opt for additional Vagina shots based on the initial results. Again, some women see a marked improvement, while others feel a night and day difference. The effects of the Vagina Shot typically last for six to twelve months.

While results vary according to a client's unique situation, studies have shown that the Vagina Shot is highly effective for treating sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and many other feminine health issues. While the Vagina Shot is quick and minimally invasive, the procedure does involve injections and has a small risk of infection. There is also a possibility of soreness at the injection site, redness, slight swelling, and heightened sensitivity.
