About Juvederm

Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus Two of our favorite, FDA approved facial fillers. These are made of all natural ingredients and they gently glide into your wrinkles and plump your skin naturally. What sets these two fillers apart from the rest of the pack is the process in which they are created. Some fillers can leave behind lumps and bumps but if injected by a skilled hand and a well trained eye your facial correction should be seamless and undetectable! Amber Hawkins, Board Certified Practitioner and advanced medical aesthetic injector has just the experience you want. Additionally Amber herself uses these products. She says “if I’m confident to use something on myself then I’m confident sharing it with my patients”. Many fillers just don’t pass the sniff test for Amber. Many have risks that outweighing the benefits. Remember, it’s your face and you have to wear it everyday! So choose your injector and your product very wisely!

Juvederm Vollure

Juvederm Vollure is a cosmetic hyaluronic acid deral fillers designed to treat mild to moderate wrinkles and folds that form in the lower face. Because the development of dermal fillers is an evolving process, manufacturers continue to discover ways to manipulate these products to accommodate patients in new ways. To make Juvederm Vollure, Allergan uses Vycross technology. The technology involves combining high and low molecular weight for better cross-linking of the substance’s hyaluronic chains. Many of the market’s dermal fillers feature hyaluronic acid, a replenishing substance that fills in facial wrinkles caused by age. An even better feature of the substance is that it is able to hold moisture for your skin without giving it an excessive amount of water.

Juvederm Vollure is used to:

  • Add volume to nasolabial folds, the wrinkles that form from the corners of your mouth to the corners of your nose
  • Fill in wrinkles and lines that are considered mild to moderate in terms of severity
  • Refresh the lower section of your face
